What Pupils Learn and Experience
Through the curriculum, our gentlemen discover that there are many creative ways to communicate ideas and tell stories. They learn to observe closely, imagine possibilities, experiment confidently and reflect thoughtfully on both their own work and the works of others.
Across the six years, they develop artistic skills through a wide range of media and techniques, including:
Drawing and painting
Forms and sculptures
Digital art
Learning experiences include:
Art Appreciation - where our gentlemen interpret and respond to artworks while gaining insights into artists from Singapore and around the world.
Thematic Art Units - where our gentlemen connect art with authentic real-world themes and other curriculum areas, encouraging them to think creatively and make meaningful connections.
Digital Art Exploration - where our gentlemen are introduced to digital tools and technologies as additional avenues for creative expression.
Through these experiences, our gentlemen build confidence in expressing their ideas, making artistic choices and communicating visually with purpose.

Learning Beyond the Classroom
Artistic learning extends beyond the classroom, allowing our gentlemen to experience art in authentic and inspiring settings.
Our gentlemen participate in:
Learning journeys to arts and heritage institutions such as the National Gallery Singapore, where they engage with artworks firsthand and deepen their appreciation of Singapore's artistic heritage.
School-based art exhibitions that celebrate their creativity and provide opportunities to showcase their artistic growth.
Collaborative projects and participation in selected national art platforms, enabling them to contribute to the wider arts community and see themselves as active creators.
These experiences encourage our gentlemen to appreciate diverse artistic perspectives, gain inspiration from practicing artists, and recognise the role of art in connecting people, cultures and communities.
